GET THE LED OUT - Lets get right to what other reviews don't talk about. Beer - 10 bucks, Parking 20 bucks (Cash Only) 29 Washington Garage- Humans take the cash. You can sit & drink inside your car at the garage. No bathroom in the parking garage. The walk is less then a block to venue. Inside you are greeted with lots of stairs. Skip them and walk to the back where the bar is located and there are two large elevators. We were Upper LA seats 5,6,7 next to the sound boards. I also sat all they way up nose bleed seats, row M and L they still had a great views and awesome sounds. The main bathrooms are LL level. Once again walk to the back and grab the elevators down. Where you will find another bar called "The Underground" I guess you can rent it out for wedding receptions etc. The bathrooms are huge. Yes they have family bathroom on main lobby but they had lines because no one knew where the main bathrooms were. Maybe put a sign at the family bathroom that the main bathrooms are lower level? My only beef was the line at the bar. They need to switch it up at the bar. They need two sections - Beer & Wine section and then MIX drinks. The mix drink folks were too chatty with the help and slowed up the whole process. Took us almost 25 min to get a beer, others were mumbling the same thing, about the wait. This place is awesome and we cant wait to go back. No more long trips to NJPAC in Newark. Peace.

We were here for Bassi’s event (Indian standup comedian)- ‘Kisi Ko Batana mat’ on 11/23. The venue itself is a multi-level, flexible space that offers a main floor for concerts, comedy, and entertainment with theatre seating around 1500+. It also has a lower-level comedy/jazz club with a piano lounge and a rooftop lounge.

And did I mention- lobby space. Small space for a small exposition and a lower-level space that holds 250 seated tables. Looby looks pretty & clean, feels like you reached at right place and you are about to have a good time.

The show was great, and it was a laughter riot. Thoroughly enjoyed it and also got a chance to meet Bassi.

Sitting arrangement: The legroom is enough for one average Joe. (unlike Broadway shows). We got the 3rd row from the stage, and it was a great experience. Exit could be a little tricky but that’s fine.
Restroom, lift: basic facilities are there.

Parking: Center has its dedicated parking but that is $20-25, so you can roam around the blocks and find street parking (but it's only for 60-90 minutes)

I recently attended a the Spheres Bubble Show at the Carter Performing Arts Center and had an unforgettable experience! The venue is stunning, with modern decor and comfortable seating offering excellent views from every angle. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The acoustics were top-notch, and the performers were incredibly talented and engaging.

My daughter had a fantastic time and was thrilled at the possibility of participating in the show. The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes from the NJ Turnpike, with ample parking and easy access. The area is up-and-coming, with more restaurants and events popping up, making it a great spot for an evening out. Overall, the Carter Performing Arts Center exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for future shows. I highly recommend it for a memorable night out!

Never have been to this venue until the Ace Frehley show... Very impressed with how easy it was to find parking and how beautiful it is inside. Excellent place to see a show. Seating is comfy, easy to get drinks and find the bathrooms and pretty much any seat is a stellar view as it holds under 2k people. Definitely check it out!!

My first time at this new theater to check out Get The Led Out. My first impressions of the outdoor area were good. Clean, modern, well staffed, close parking and all with a safe feeling environment with no low life beggars around. However, my biggest issue other than the typical $10 for a can of beer, is the seating itself. I find it rather insulting that a modern theater like the CPA center, in order to greedily cram as many seats in as possible, chose to install seating with NO ARM RESTS which certainly made me and others that I spoke to feel very claustrophobic which had a negative effect on me fully enjoying the show! Shame on you CPA center.

I went to see meatloaf last night. I want to say it was a great show. I am handicapped on crutches and I couldn't be more impressed with the way the staff treated me to make me comfortable for the show. Being disabled sucks but if you are no worries here they are over the top It's an amazing venue Thank you Carteret performing arts For doing an outstanding job. I will definitely be going back to see more shows.
