To be honest I have no idea how this “A’maze’ing” place doesn’t have more reviews. It’s truly a hidden gem and wonderful playscape. We spent nearly 3 hours here and didn’t even come close to seeing everything. Our 3 year old loved the Playhouse, Play School and “Mercantiles” the play store, in addition to the Labyrinth.

There’s swings, pond with paddle boats, goats, chickens, sandbox and I’m sure I’m missing more. Each play building has been thoughtfully designed and curated to make the most of a child’s imagination.

The owner Eleanor was lovely and we enjoyed getting to know her and the history behind the land and how the space came to be. While free to enjoy donations are welcome, and we would have happily paid an entrance fee so please consider a donation when you come. There is so much to enjoy and explore!

This is the most brilliant children’s play place you can imagine, both outdoors and indoors.
Outdoors: There’s the labyrinth made of tall hedges, with a treehouse in the center. A slack line. A large tree with just about every kind of swing you can imagine, hanging from it. A long fast slide. Chickens and goats to visit. A pond, gardens, big fields to explore. Peace and quiet, except for the sound of children laughing.
Inside: a play house that is a whole building on the scale of a play kitchen, with all sorts of things that belong in a house. A separate play restaurant and store, with a huge variety of props and furnishings. An enormous dress-up room with costumes and dresses and shoes and even firefighters’ coats and helmets, for sliding down the fire pole. Upstairs, a large rainy day playroom with long shelves of books and many toys and games. Just nothing electronic, yay!
Eleanor’s wisdom as a behavioral therapist and very thoughtful mother shines through the whole place. No child will want to leave.
One thing: there’s no fee for visiting and staying as long as you want. Eleanor welcomes donations. Please chip in as you would at any other children’s museum or play space: it takes a lot of time and effort to build and maintain them.

This is one of our favorite places to visit in the Finger Lakes! My kids don’t want to stop exploring and playing. There are so many things for them: school house, play house, restaurant & grocery shopping, dress up, goats, chickens, sandbox, swings and more! A must go for ages 2-10!!!

A creative play village, especially for kids, but fun for all ages to explore. Teeming with wonderful toys and props. Designed by an Occupational Therapist with all kinds of layers of fun and the best kind of hands-on learning and exploration in mind. A gem of a place.

So much more than the (awesome) maze! My kids (9 and 5) and I played here for hours, still didn't get to everything, and I had to drag them away when it was time to go! "I loved it" adds my 9 year old ?. Do yourself a favor and gooooooo!

Amazing acres in the Finger Lakes. This is Eleanor's property and she's a sweetheart. You're basically camping her backyard, but it's an enormous backyard. You won't have access to the kind of amenities that you'd find at a traditional campgrounds, but she'll bend over backwards to try and suit your needs.

There are no showers, but there are outhouses spread out over the property for your convenience. This is definitely roughing it, but if you're looking for a nice camping experience, this is it. There are lots of fields and a great place to set up camp right next to a fire pit surrounded by fields and trees.

If you have time to hang out, or you’re looking for something to do, there is a hammock grove, a maze, a labyrinth, a dollhouse/playhouse for children and a pond with a kayak.

One word of warning, ignore the adorable, super sweet cat or he will not leave your side. Also, if you want info or to make a reservation, call, don’t email. And I have Virgin Mobile, I had phone service, but no internet.

And Ayinde's comment is totally uncalled for.
