Dr Ing is great but his receptionist are the worst. Being a medical reception myself, there is no excuse. Refusal to help and extremely rude. Made the entire experience unbearable. I will not return even if needed. I will use another eye clinic simply to avoid them. When he moves to Sunnybrook, I pray they don't.

I meant to write this review 2 years ago, but better late than never. Dr. Ing removed a growth from my left eyelid, just below the lashes. He did a wonderful job. I was very nervous and his kind and calm manner eased my anxiety! He preserved my eye lashes. There was a mixup in my appointment post Covid and the office staff were very helpful in sorting everything out.

The admin assistant, Tracy, is incredibly rude. I was referred to Dr. Ing. Tracy called me and was almost yelling at me on the phone repeatedly asking me why I didn't have an MRI sent to their office. I tried several times to explain to her that the referring doctor said they sent everything but she continually interrupted me. Eventually I raised my voice and asked her why she was speaking to me that way and being so rude. I said that I was the patient and didn't deserve to be spoken to that way. She hung up on me. I called their office and left a message asking to speak with ssomeone else. Tracy returned my call after a few days to tell me my referral was rejected. Congratulation, Tracy, do you feel like a big person for blocking someone's referral because they didn't want to deal with how incredibly rude you are? Apparently patients not only have to advocate for themselves but navigate admin assistance who have no sympathy/empathy.

Dr. Ing ruined my life. He performed 'corrective surgery' resulting in years of chronic, perpetual eye pain. I've seen multiple Doctors to have the operation reversed, all of whom referred me back to Dr. Ing, all claiming inexperience in the medical procedure.

I visited his office and explained my chronic pain and he refused to reverse the procedure. His unwillingness to help was strictly due to his inability to admit fault in his medical practice. Surgeons have delicate egos sometimes, even in the face of causing their patient a lifetime of unending suffering.

I would like to say thank you to this brilliant doctor who changed my life. I undergone strabismus surgery last December 17 and he did it successfully. He is so patient explaining and answering every question that I asked. My prayer is that may you have more lives to change that having the same problem as mine. More power Dr. Ing! To all those who are bit confuse finding Dr. Ing’s clinic ask any staff of the hospital and they will show you the way.

Oh boy!!! This doctor is AMAZING! He took the time to explain to me EVERYTHING! He is so patient and he is a real professional. I had a full eye exam although my issue wasn't eyesight related. Other doctors spent 5 min with me, not answering my questions and not paying attention to my concerns and fears. Dr. Ing talked to me for an hour and I left his office with a solution feeling safe and stress-free FINALLY after one year of continuous struggle! Thank you Dr. Ing!!!

The receptionist (Tracy, or so she says her name is, after I asked several times) is rude beyond comprehension.

I just got off the phone after having to call 4 times because she kept giving me the wrong address. I finally found out where I was supposed to go, so I called back to let her know, that she is giving the wrong address to people that need to go to the hospital. She denied any possiblity where she could have given me the wrong address. She was rude and condescending and I could not believe what my ears were hearing. Here I was being patient and kind enough to call her back...I will make sure I let the doctor know when I see them on my appointment day. This is not ok. I wonder if I could even report the practice. I will do some digging, but this won't go without consequences.

Amazing staff and Dr Ing has such a good bed side manner, explains everything, very thorough. He actually makes your appointment enjoyable fantastic personality and so up to date and knowledgeable in his profession.
