Creation 7 was absolutely fantastic to work with for our addition and remodel project. They were not only our builders for the project, but they also did our design. Eyal and his team had an incredible eye for the architectural design of the build as well as an impeccable attention to detail. Weekly walkthroughs kept us apprised of the steps and progress throughout the project.

Our project with Creation 7 included a 2 story addition to our home to add a bedroom, bathroom, closets, pantry and kitchen expansion and remodel as well as a relocation of our laundry room. We also expanded entryways, relocated windows, added new doors and paint throughout.

Time was a big factor for our project and creation 7 stayed within their projected time frame, which is almost unheard of with construction projects, especially with pandemic delays. They had no trouble finding materials for the job, and as a company they were very prepared and knowledgeable of the current inflation and access to building materials.

Our foreman on the job was Renee. He was very personable, knowledgeable and had high standards when it came to his building expertise. He and his wonderful crew were respectful with our home and extremely hard workers. Renee and Eyal’s transparency throughout the project was very appreciated. We had very few change orders that came up, and if one did it was discussed and understood thoroughly before work was done.

The completed project is more then anything I could have dreamed of. Creation 7 has truly designed and built our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The final day of the project was bitter sweet because we miss seeing everyone every day. They truly treated us like family and for that we are grateful.

I would not hesitate to recommend Creation 7, Eyal, and his team to anyone looking for work on their home. Their attention to detail, access to building materials, transparency and completion time is beyond 5 stars.

Our kitchen remodel performed by Creation 7 under management by Luis went very well. The schedule was even faster than I anticipated and workmanship was great. Luis kept me well informed through the entire project and responded quickly when I had questions or requests. The work crew was courteous and respectful, tying things up and cleaning up at the end of each day. As with any remodel, some unexpected conditions were found; Luis and team quickly came up with good solutions and change orders were minimal and reasonable. We worked with Creation 7 and project manager Luis Fabian for our kitchen remodel and whole-house electrical upgrade. We are very pleased with the results. The 1926 home's kitchen had only been updated in the 1950's and was quite dated and frankly, dilapidated. Luis and Creation 7 turned it into a modern, sleek and functional gem.

Luis carefully listened to our ideas and translated them into plans . The permit process, often a headache, was a breeze under Luis's guidance – everything was submitted correctly the first time. Luis oversaw the removal of two walls, opening the kitchen to the breakfast area and the light that now comes from new windows (relacing the aluminum sliders that were very dated). The striking new flooring tied everything together beautifully. He helped us select the perfect materials and oversaw every step of the process.

Two important improvements Luis recommended were replacing our near century old attic insulation and dangerous knob and tube wiring. The state of the art insulation has made a tremendous difference in our home's energy efficiency and comfort. The electrical upgrade and rewiring were carried out flawlessly, thanks to Luis's careful planning. We now have a safe and modern electrical system that gives us peace of mind.

In summary, Luis's expertise, combined with his friendly demeanor, made the entire process a pleasure. If you're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee your home renovation, we recommend Luis Fabian. Our home has been transformed, and we have Luis to thank for it.
