What can I say about Cremation Creations and their staff. First off I would like to say thank you so much for creating my piece. I love it and it’s beautiful. My dad passed away on Thanksgiving right after I had finished dinner. I never thought about losing an parent this soon. My brother and I are 30 & 32. We thought that we would have another at least 20yrs with my dad. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Any way I did a lot of research on creating jewelry with my dads ashes & I settled with Cremation Creation. They were the most reasonably priced. I received my product yesterday on 12/30/24 and I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. My ring is a perfect fit. Thank you so much for creating my piece with the care that you provided. Cremation Creations updated me after they were done with each step. They sent me updated photos of my product. They have no idea how much their clients appreciate the text updates. They were also very responsive. My entire experience with Cremation Creations was fantastic. I’ll definitely be a returning client.

I cannot express what a wonderful experience that was given. My entire family ordered multiple pieces when my father passed. The pieces are quality and beautiful and we were updated with photos along every step. When I decided to have a ring made with my brothers ashes I was very scared about sending his remains across the country to have it done. I couldn’t handle the thought of possibly losing the small but of him that I have left. Even 6 months after his passing, I still haven’t begun to process that he’s gone. I’m getting married next year and he was suppose to walk me down the aisle. Receiving a personal confirmation text and email so I was assured that the ashes had arrive to Ken safely was such an enormous relief. Talking with the Cremation Creations team throughout the process helped my anxiety about it. The day my ring was delivered (a day early) was my birthday as well. So it was incredibly meaningful. And it was delivered right when I was leaving for work on a very big, stressful job. Knowing that my brother was with me for my birthday, and through my job at a time I needed him…. I can’t explain what that meant. Being able to look at this ring all day and have part of him with me at all time- there’s no words to describe that feeling. I can not express my gratitude for what you’ve given me.

This is a wonderful company! The site, the ease of sending in the cremains, love the Ziplock bags. My husband wanted his ashes in Ziplock bags from the crematorium, so right away it appealed. They let me know and sent a picture of them when they arrived. They were so kind and respectful, kept me informed via text and photos throughout the process, and sent a beautiful picture of the ring I ordered when it was done. Then let me know it was on its way. They are also based in Escondido, which was mine and my husband's special place we enjoyed to go, so that made it so much more 'right', although I was already ordering when I found this out. Also they are keeping safe what's left of the cremains I sent, in case I decide I would like to order anything else and gave me the choice to do that or for them to send them back. I heartily recommend this company. The ring itself is beautiful, solid and well made. I love that they offer different metals and materials to choose from. Wonderful!
