My experience with Kinard and Empowering Creative is sadly one that happens too often. It’s one that will likely end up in a retaliatory review of my own business. However, it’s that’s the case for me to post the truth publicly, so be it. I worked several photography jobs in the Tampa Bay Area for Kinard because he advertises photography services and well… isn’t skilled in this area. Therefore, he’d have me drive from Tallahassee to perform events he committed to. I enjoyed the clients and didn’t mind mostly. But it always ended in an inappropriate proposal of a night cap that I continued to refuse. Much to his dismay. On the last job I did for Kinard, he attempted to get away with only paying the deposit on a gig that I eventually had to withhold images for and send a legal demand of payment for. When he eventually paid on the settled amount, I delivered the images and he immediately did a fraudulent chargeback after threatening his own “action.” While Kinard seems like a great guy and business man, behind the scenes when held accountable for his actions, he’s not a good person nor is he offering the services he’s capable of producing.

Jason took such great photos for our baby shower, he even did a video and its so amazing to rewatch the shower and relive those great memories. We loved our experience so much that we asked him to do a photoshoot for our son’s first birthday and I’m so happy we did! Jason is extremely professional and makes sure that every detail is perfect.
