To help celebrate her Sweet 16 Birthday, I reserved a limo for her and her friends to her favorite restaurant. The driver was on time(early actually), courteous, and professional. The limo was nice. After using them on Mother's Day to chauffeur us around, ING is my only go to for personal driver service!

I was coming into Dulles after traveling (by myself-the rest of the group went home the day before). I had been trying to get home for about 20 hours. At Dulles Ahmed picked me up in a beautiful car that was so comfortable and he was the kindest person I have encountered in a long time. I sincerely appreciate someone like him making sure (I don’t think I realize sometimes that I am pretty old) I was safe and was able to navigate the ice and snow at Dulles . He was very kind to come

To the wrong pick up. That meant the world to me. And we got to the lot where my car had been snowed on a lot, he cleared it for me. That was the most kind thing to do when I was so tired and wondered how I would clear it to drive home. Ahmed is an excellent employee and I am happy that he was my driver home last night! Hired the service for my 60th Birthday, to transport myself, my Aunt and Mom and Sister-Friends to the Birchmere and a tour of the monuments after the concert. Our driver was on time and very personable and professional!! We had a blast!! Thank you Daniel for helping to make my celebration fabulous!! The limousine was beautiful and comfortable!! Will be using them again for my next trip up there!!

We used ING several times on our trip to Washington D.C. The drivers are great, on time, professional, courteous and helpful with bags. Safe drivers. Had a last minute flight change and pickup request, and they were able to accomodate with < 8 hours notice. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed, booked a car for a weddings weeks ago but we were informed 30 minutes prior to departure time that the car broke down and we wouldn’t get a replacement vehicle. After much intense conversation over the phone a replacement vehicle was provided. Unfortunately, the problem didn’t end here as the replacement vehicle passenger section wasn’t powering up. We had to endure a long commute with no AC, no entertainment system that functioned, sweating and uncomfortable in our wedding attire for what would have been a special and memorable day. Trusted a company that had good reviews so sharing this not to get any apologies or an unplanned problem occurred note but rather inform others planning to use this service. An organization should guarantee the service they provide, anticipate for the unknown and plan to address it working with the customer, not argue and say “there is nothing I can do” when clearly there was a replacement vehicle available.

Hired ING to take us to / from DCA. Drivers were helpful, friendly and professional. And yes I would definitely hire them again. Thanks ING, great job and I didn't have to drive after a 36 hour trip.
