While working in the wedding industry, I have seen JuMi's work and they have always caught my eye.

I knew after seeing their dedication and guidance, they were the ones that I wanted to work with.

At the studio for our dress fitting, Miya and Jun had picked out some fabulous outfits as per requested that were different from us.

Jun is very fun, patient, and gave us many pointers during our photoshoot on how to pose, be fun and sexy. It was especially helpful for someone like us who don't know what to do in front of the camera. Seeing Jun's creative mind at work was very inspiring and made us want to work harder to see his vision come to life. We are also very thankful Miya was with us, giving out her artist input during our Gastown photoshoot.

We are really thankful for having the opportunity to work with JuMi. They are definitely a blast to work with and I would strongly recommend them because they will make you super comfortable during shooting day and the photos will be incredible!

The day started from 7:30am with a makeup & hair session and ended at 4:30pm after our signing ceremony. Busy but we had lots of fun with our photographer Jun and mua Momo!

We picked an all-inclusive package from Jumi Story which took away a lot of stress since we didn't have to worry about! Jun took care of the logistics of the wedding dresses, arranged for the bouquet, and booked our mua. Just the thought of the dresses part was a handful - literally.

Jun gave us plenty of advice from helping us visualize and complete our looks to actively guiding us on how to pose, he kept us on track.

We also promptly received a sneak peek the day of our wedding session and our gallery to choose from for the first edit two weeks after!

Our photos turned out amazing and I would definitely recommend Jumistory!

While wedding planning, I'd always see the JuMi Story logo on the most incredible photos. Their artistic vision and unique editorial style stood out and we immediately fell in love with their work.

Initially, I assumed they'd be out of our budget, but thankfully they offer a variety of packages at different price points. Additionally, we soon realized the incredible quality we got made the experience well worth the investment.

Firstly, JuMi Story offers a huge variety of stunning and stylish dresses that are able to flatter a variety of body types. They definitely have something for everyone and also offer a selection of unique traditional Chinese pieces as well. Miya was so kind and supportive during our fitting, and was able to make our styling vision really come to life.

Secondly, JuMi Story works with some of the best makeup artists in the city. Momo was so sweet and did an amazing job with both my partner and I. It came out so good it was basically a mini bridal makeup trial!

Finally, working with Jun was simply an unforgettable experience. My partner and I are not very photogenic people, but Jun's passion for his work and clear direction made the photoshoot an absolute breeze. I was a bit worried always shooting at the same Vancouver sites would get repetitive for such an experienced photographer. Instead, Jun's energy and genuine enthusiasm was infectious. Seeing Jun getting hit with inspiration and his excitement when he got the shot made us want to work harder to help bring his vision to life. Even though we had no idea how the photos were coming out, his confidence and excitement was all the reassurance we needed. And in the end, the photos truly came out even better than we could have imagined!

We're so thankful to have had this amazing opportunity and would recommend JuMi Story time and time again. There are many talented photographers in Vancouver, but I don't think anyone could top this incredible all-in-one experience!

I've been following Jumi for at least 4 years (since I saw their hot pot shoot) and knew that I wanted to work with them because of their editorial style. Actually working with them exceeded my expectations!

Despite it being a last minute, destination event (I first contacted Jumi only 3 weeks before we went to Budapest), everything went amazing! Jun and Miya are both very easy to work with and gave us excellent guidance before and during the shoot (this included some last minute wardrobe changes, which definitely turned out for the best). Neither my husband or I have ever gotten professional photos taken, let alone in a public place, but Jun and Miya made us feel very comfortable and really allowed us to enjoy the experience.

I strongly recommend working with Jumi for any wedding or editorial style photography, they'll make you feel super comfortable and the results will be incredible!
