Excellent neighborhood store. Great selection of products. The foot traffic must be wild, but they are always clean, organized, and stocked.

The staff is excellent. And I want to give a specific call out to Ian. Every time I’ve had an issue with the self checkout, or a question, he’s been on the ball helping me get it done as fast as possible.

Oh, and if you like cheese, be sure to check out their Murray’s section.

The Deli was terribly understaffed. The one employee in the Deli was shouting at the other customers and myself to see what we wanted. The Store Manager didn't step in to help after I complained. The assistant store manager was then in the back laughing with the deli employee instead of helping the growing line of customers. The ONLY helpful person was the customer service desk employee who did everything in her abilities to make the situation right for everybody involved. *Used to be a manager at a different grocery store*I know how this is supposed to work*

Five security guards but only one person working the checkout lane. The customer is responsible for their own bagging here the majority of the time too. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes - completely unacceptable.

Amazing supermarket sushi. They do a decent job of having things stocked. Never had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. Kroger stores always have good selection. Lines can get crazy long during rush hour, yeah. Wish they had paper bags with handles but that's not just them. Overall, I like this place just fine. All these terrible reviews really surprise me.

In line for longer than it took to shop. 20 min til closing and they have all but 3 self outs closed with multiple workers walking around. No excuse to not have at least 8 machines going at the end of the night with 3 armed security guards and 1 open door. Whoever runs this place and makes up their rules is truly an embarrassment to anyone. Never again

This is really a disappointing place to shop:
1. Shelves are frequently not stocked. I don't know anyone that gets excited to go to the grocery store and certainly no one wants to go twice.
2. Lines are frequently long
3. If you try to avoid the lines, you deal with every door but one being locked at 9pm and if you're there after 9:30pm they'll follow you around constantly reminding you they close in 30 minutes.

Be open or be closed. Don't leave people playing musical doors. Be somewhere I can reliably pick-up items. Until then, Amazon Fresh will be getting more of my business.

Extremely misleading parking lot guidelines. After parking, my wife and I searched the lot for any signage that stated rules for parking, and found nothing. My car ended up getting towed and management pointed out one small sign with a general statement explaining that cars can be towed at the owners expense. They stated that parking permits were required and explained a 90min parking limit, neither of which were called out anywhere on any signage to give customers a heads-up. Very surprising, misleading, and disappointing for a reputable company like King Soopers.
