Ann Friedman makes mindfulness training so very approachable and applicable for helping you handle life in a less stressful, less judgmental way. She relates her teachings to text, as well as how she utilizes her meditation practice, providing you the tools you need to integrate mindfulness and gratitude into your own life. I've taken classes from Ann for almost three years and have gotten so much from her classes. She is thoughtful, on time, prepared and on point. Even her voice and manner are soothing.

I have been studying with Ann for over five years in her weekly teaching at Congregation Emanu El. Now I am taking a group meditation course from Ann at her office. At first I was wary of meditation. Ann's training as a psychologist, however, reassured me that she was a professional and her kind, careful presentations led me gently into the practice of mindful meditation. This practice has helped me address a lifetime of anxiety and depression. Ann is a loving and skilled guide to the practice.
