Thank You On The Road Lending for helping my family succeed and enjoy life to its fullest. Before getting my loan for our 2013 Nissan Quest my family of five had limit means of transportation. Now we are free to go, go, go! We have gone so much that we have had 6 family road trips since obtaining our vehicle. Road trips that we would not have been able to go on without On The Road Lending. Not only are we enjoying life to its fullest I have moved my family into a better community in a better school district all because we now have a vehicle of our own. My children are now in band, orchestra, spirit squad, tennis, and choir all because we now have a means of getting them to and fro. Having a vehicle has improved the quality of life for all of us. I even got a better career providing my family with financial stability and peace of mind, all thanks to On The Road Lending who believes having a better and more reliable vehicle can positively change an entire family. On the road lending make you pay way more than the value of the vehicle. I was given a date to pay my bill but on that date the car was picked up. I was threatened by one of the workers because I refused to refinance. I hate this company they are a rip off. RUN! RUN! RUN! All of my things and important documents was in my car when it was picked up they didn’t allow me the opportunity to get my belongings out of the car…but I pray that GOD bless them…

Hands down one of the best organizations out there! They are amazing and helped me get a nice reliable car that I feel safe in. I am a single mom of two boys and I was in desperate need of a car that would safely get me to my job and also that I could trust to have my babies ride in. The guy I met who helped me through the process was Lonnie Smith. Once the paperwork was done, they helped with searching for a car, handled everything with the car dealership, and my monthly payments were reasonable. They didn't hassle me about payments if I was late and I never paid a late fee. Also in the beginning my credit score was in the low 500s and that didn't bother them, they still gave me a chance.

Only if you have completely run out of options to refinance your vehicle - I would highly suggest staying away from OTRL. At first, I was excited, thrilled but then it turned into confusion, frustration, and eventually just moving on from them completely. I am not sure what the process or if there is one over there at OTRL but it seemed all over the place, like it was their first-time completing documents and getting everything they need to be a professional organization.

Chapter 1: The Representative. Overall, he seemed like a nice guy, but the conversation was difficult, asking repetitive questions, it eventually became frustrating as if he wasn't confident or positive of what he was saying or doing. It didn't give me a positive outlook that I would be taking care of and this was the company I should refinance with, as if they would be scamming me eventually down the road. He also sounded like he was out and about with people and wasn't giving his full attention to the conversation.

Chapter 2: The loan doc specialist. She was nice, but it was a complete back and forth of what they were requiring and neither her nor the representative I spoke with were on the same page. I would submit docs, then she would come back and request something different or the same doc because she took a day to respond, then I had to do something else, but then I need to renew my registration (which didn't expire for 1 month) why are you telling me this at the end of the process when I gave the representative the same information I gave her. Look, I understand having to have all this completed but why wasn't it told upfront from the beginning. There is always a checklist and structure and they seemed to not want to follow it. It eventually became a long-drawn-out process that made me extremely uncomfortable as to if I really wanted a company that can't even get their action items straight to help me out. Being asked to submit the same documents multiple times etc. I was asked to change my insurance before even the process was completed, was asked to send a regular ole check, this was a lot of red tape to get through. These red flags give that this company won't have your best interest at hand and felt like they were operating out of someone's garage.

Lastly, you should tell people upfront of everything you were needing to process the application and including they will need to put a tracker on their car.

Trust them if you want but there are far better refinance companies out there that value their customers. I eventually went with another company and in 4 days, everything was completed, they were professional clear communication, excellent service, responsive and I felt taken care of as a customer, I actually ended with a better rate and saving more money than with OTRL, god was looking out for me not to pursue with this company and no tracker on my car. 🙂 We all need companies like this to help those who often find themselves in difficult situations for each their own but then there are companies like this that gouge and prey on those without having their best interest.

They are compassionate, trustworthy, efficient, and really great at what they do. You're in good hands when you work with OTRL. Michelle, the Founder/CEO, is a self-made boss lady who cares about the people OTRL works with/for. Who doesn't love supporting a business with an awesome boss? Marcela was a fantastic 'Client Coach' and treated me with respect. Bonnie was my 'Portfolio Manager/Closing Coordinator' and had immense patience while guiding me through the process. OTRL and their incredible employees make this normally scary process easy, comfortable, and fast! Along with their loan services, they offer financial mentoring. This is a huge asset that I would recommend EVERYONE take advantage of. OTRL helps you improve your credit and financial position via their mentoring. These people GENUINELY care, and you can trust them to do right by you. They are opening a body shop and I am excited to have those services available soon. Thanks for being awesome OTRL!
