Very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend for passport photos.

Recommended to text in before hand to arrange an appointment as it's located in a small heated studio in the back of a house and not a store front but my appointment was arranged on the same day that I requested and the photos were ready shortly after being taken

Frank is the kindest man! You can tell he's a professional who's been in the industry for a long time. He's very accommodating and flexible with booking appointments (ie. willing to book after hours). I was in and out within 15min for my passport photos and had a great experience throughout. We took a few photos and Frank was very patient and kind.

I don't go to anyone else for my passport photos (my family and I literally have been customers of his for over 20+ years) and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Frankie is very friendly and accommodating as we dropped by without making an appointment at his home-based studio. Got passport photos quickly taken for $15. The photos turned out great! He takes a couple of photos and you can pick the best one. He speaks Cantonese and English.

We stopped by to get a passport photo and luckily, he happened to be at home. So probably best to call ahead of time to book an appointment. He was very friendly and professional. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!

To be clear, I am not a customer of PDS, and he may be a good photographer BUT... I showed up at Photonation Digital Studio doorstep with my 2 y.o. daughter during his business hours, and nobody was on the spot to take care of business. I called the guy to ask how does this work, and in response he told me to come back after 18 o'clock, because he is "not always there".
So he still may be a good photographer, but PDS is not very respectful toward customers and other's time in general.

My choice to visit the studio was based on Google reviews and ratings, and they appeared not to be 100% true. Here is my experience with the studio, so people would know what to expect. Cheers.
