Always ready and timely to open the studio when we arrive for our booking. The space is bright and open, even on rainy days, but additional lights are always helpful for any photographer.
We love being able to use the space for our clothing shoots and cannot wait to return.
The spaces are becoming a little over used, so some ware is showing on the floors and props.

I’m a photographer (@rahiphotos) and finally got to shoot at Preto loft. They been around for a while now and got great space and seasonal decors. We shot in their Solarium room.

Giving 3 stars because of its location. If you don’t live close by then it’s a nightmare to get to it. Crazy construction and one way streets, once you get there somehow then good luck finding parking. They have 2 spots reserved for Preto loft and if they are taken already then yikes!

Presto Loft was a beautiful studio with high ceilings, big windows and ideal for professional pictures! We provided engagement decor for our client and the studio was very beautiful, clean and was the perfect space for our proposal decor setup! Would highly recommend!

Preto Loft is such a beautiful and large studio for photos! The high ceilings, white walls, and large windows are so gorgeous to photograph in. We especially love their decor set-ups. We were lucky enough to have a shoot in their enchanted forest theme and it made all our photos so beautiful and whimsical!

A bit confusing to get there but the location was very clean and well maintained. Do have to go up a flight of stairs so bring comfy shoes and switch to heels after. Beautiful Rose room set up! Dressing room and make up/hair styling area available. Will definitely go back for future photo shoots.

As a photographer, I love this studio. Lots of natural lighting, the decor is always matched with the season and the studios are quite big as well! I would recommend booking this studio.

I recently had the opportunity to have my engagement shoot at Preto Loft photo studio in North York. Overall, I found the rooms to be quite decent, earning them a four-star rating. However, my experience was slightly tarnished due to an unfortunate incident that impacted our changing arrangements.

Preto Loft boasts well-maintained rooms that provided a suitable backdrop for our engagement shoot. The ambiance and lighting were pleasing, and we were able to capture some beautiful moments. The variety of room options offered some versatility, allowing us to diversify our photographs.

Unfortunately, the studio only had one changing room available during our visit, and it had already been occupied by another guest. When we approached the individual to inquire about using the room, she insisted that it was reserved for her. This left us without a designated space to change, resulting in an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience of having to change in the hallway.

While I acknowledge that such incidents can occur unexpectedly, it would have been advantageous for the studio to have better protocols in place to manage changing room availability and guest coordination. Improved communication and organization could have prevented this unfortunate encounter and contributed to a more enjoyable experience.

Despite this inconvenience, I appreciate the overall quality of the rooms at Preto Loft photo studio. With some refinement in their management of changing facilities, the studio has the potential to provide an even more satisfactory experience for future clients.

In conclusion, Preto Loft photo studio in North York offers decent rooms for photography sessions. However, my experience was marred by the lack of available changing rooms and the subsequent unpleasantness of changing in the hallway. With better management of guest accommodations, the studio can further enhance the overall experience for their clients.
