Excellent customer service and super fast shipping. They were able to accommodate me with a last minute request for vacation, and they were able to capture my creative vision. Service was prompt, reliable, easy to communicate, extremely responsive and professional. My shirts were expedited to my vacation destination and they arrived on time. I had an amazing experience! I contacted R&R Customs Creations on a Thursday and I needed a t-shirt by Saturday before 4pm. They responded immediately on Thursday, walked me through the process to place my order online and my order was shipped out immediately! Happy to say I received the t-shirt the next day (Friday) and it was amazing! Everything was perfect and shipping was super fast! Even with it being very last minute, he still got the job done! Very professional!

Spoke with Ray Jr with the project I needed completed. I had a small window of time to work with, he did reassure me the job would be done in time. Had a roughly 6x3 photo on a foam board done. The image was blurry and the work was subcontracted out to another company. I did speak with Ray Jr about the work where he said he didn’t have time to check the work before I arrived to pick it up. He himself was very polite. I do appreciate them helping me but I don’t feel what I received was worth what I paid an unfortunately I wouldn’t use them again.

Bit of a mixed experience. I called R&R on Monday, September 18th, and received super quick and easy communication with Ray. I was only getting one t-shirt made, so Ray said it could be done on Thursday of the same week. This was PERFECT timing for me, as I was leaving Thursday night to go out of town and wanted the shirt for the trip. I sent my payment through Zelle and everything was all good. He sent the photo of the completed shirt on Wednesday, so I went to the shop on Thursday to pick it up (I confirmed their business hours) and the door was locked. I knocked and no one answered, so I texted at 2:05 PM and never got a reply. I went back home and called at 4:30 PM with no answer, so I started to get worried. A few minutes later, Ray texted to ask for my address to drop off the shirt. I live only 4 minutes away from the shop, so I thought that was super nice! Two and a half hours went by and I hadn't heard anything. I texted to ask for an ETA and he said he was in Hillsborough, NC and I could drive there to pick up the shirt if I wanted. I drove 20 minutes away to the address provided and waited/texted/called for about 15 minutes until he reached out to meet me in the parking lot. I finally got the shirt and it was what I asked for, so it was worth it, but the lack of communication at some points were a bit frustrating (especially when he said he was dropping off the shirt, I didn't hear from him for a few hours, then I had to drive 20 minutes to pick it up). It seemed like Ray was super busy, which is great, but I would recommend ordering from this shop only if you have a few extra days after the estimated completion date to receive your order.
