Towne Housing manages my muli-family property in Riverside. They have been a great relief for me, coming from self managing out of state. They do a great job communicating at all stages of the property cycle from routine maintenance, apartment turnover, leasing, and evictions. For the level of service you receive, their prices are a very fair and reasonable.

Our company worked with Jeremy and his staff for about 4 years as they managed two of our multi-family properties in the Village of Hamburg. They were very quick to respond to any requests we had or questions on our properties. Their maintenance team was very detailed in providing us estimates to rehab or turn units and accomplished the work in a timely manner once we gave them the approval. Rent increases came with each new lease renewal and they did a great job of achieving market rents when tenants moved out and new tenants moved in.
