If you have dense breast tissue and need an ultrasound go elsewhere unless you want to pay for it (it’s ‘preventative’ and you shouldn’t pay for preventative ultrasounds). I was never charged for this in the past here, but they got new equipment and they bill it to your insurance on a new code so now you have to pay! I called and complained and they took some money off but not all of it. The Billing Manager was a reasonable person but the woman who works in billing was rude and told me that I just didn’t meet my deductible (not true) so that’s why I had to pay when I’ve NEVER paid for this here in the past. I’ll NEVER go back here because of this. 1 star for the Business Manager for at least some deduction off my bill.

I've been coming here for years and have always loved it. Everybody is so nice it makes you feel comfortable. I was amazed at my most recent visit a couple weeks ago; I make my appointments annually with my sister and mother, we usually have a couple different tests each, same for this year and we were in and out very quickly. No waiting at all.

The Techs and front Receptionist were all so friendly and made you feel comfortable. The mama gram machine is awesome ! No more holding breath. The office is an old house and is very cute inside. Highly recommend to get your annual Mammograms here.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!
I wish I could have commented with ZERO stars! I just read a similar review - lump on my breast, told the doctor is right there to read the mammogram and when I was there I was told “he doesn’t start his day that early’”. Told them what & where my area of concern was, then received the “normal” result in the mail. Called and spoke to an unprofessional and rude “office manager” who didn’t listen to me, then went on to offer me an appointment for an ultrasound. Does anyone know what they’re doing there?!

The staff at the breast screening center of Western new York are very kind, professional and compassionate. If you have mobility issues i.e. standing at the x-ray machine they can do your mammogram well you sit in a chair. They also have a ramp to get into their building. As a previous review noted it really was virtually painless. Job well done!

Nice place! Receptionist was very professional and pleasant. I have been going here for yrs for my annually check up and it's always neat and clean. Not a long wait.
